Users Agreement:

Use of this service constitutes acceptance and agreement to this Users Agreement in full.

You may not use your Website or Webspace to publish material, which we determine, at our sole discretion, to be indecent, unlawful or objectionable. For purposes of this policy, "material" refers to all forms of communications including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs, video recordings, and audio recordings. NO ADULT material may be stored on any of our servers.

If an account is used to violate the 'Users Agreement', we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice. The West Wing accepts no responsibility or liability for any material hosted. The account holder is directly responsible for any material hosted on their site and this should comply with both New Zealand and their country of origins laws.

We will co-operate with any authorities in the prosecution of criminals. Client will pay and indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all taxes associated with or arising from Client's use of the Services, including any penalties and interest and any costs associated with the collection or withholding thereof.

The following constitute violations of our policy and can result in immediate termination of the service:

• Our services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.
• Any activity that impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.
• Account Cannot be used as a Download Repository:
• Account Cannot be used as an IRC host: E-mail / News Bombing: E-mail / Message Forging:
• Usenet Spaming:
• Collection of personal data:
• Collecting, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent:
• Network disruptions and unfriendly activity:
• Use for any activity, which affects the ability of other people or systems to use our services or the Internet:
• Fraud:
• Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right:
• Distribution of Viruses:
• Third Party Accountability: Subscribers will be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account that violates guidelines created within the Users Agreement.

Bandwidth is unmetered in good faith by us, on the condition that it is not used for any of the following activities.

• Illegal file transfers of intellectual property ("Warez")
• Storage of data that is unrelated to the sites content
• Streaming of media
• Chat servers
• Storage of mp3's, software programs or video recordings.

  The West Wing has final decision in what constitutes a violation to do with these matters.

The user is responsible for password security.

Any attempt to violate our security or any other users security will result in termination of the account and referral to the appropriate authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any breaches of security or losses caused by security failures

In no event shall The West Wing or its owners or employees be liable for damages resulting from loss of data as a result of using our services or products, or for any incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with this agreement in connection with any services or products provided hereunder.
